Dr. Chanel Gaither is a distinguished educator, committed researcher, and innovative entrepreneur who represents excellence and progress. Her focus on advancing Black education and research is evident in her work. 

As a serial entrepreneur, she possesses the remarkable ability to develop and execute ideas from inception. Her goal is  to establish educational communities  for Black educators and scholars. This season, she is dedicated to transforming the educational landscape for Black scholars both in the US and internationally. In her role as the Founder and Interim Head of School at Ascend Legacy Academy, she will continue to shape the future through knowledge, exploration, and innovation in every endeavor.Her commitment to Black education and research drives her work.
